XRM: Scheduled Reports Fail - DPAPI unable to decrypt data
Solution:
1. Confirm the error details from the progress.txt file in the XYGATERM folder (Windows 10).
2. After confirming error, schedule a new report.
3. Once scheduled, modify the task properties as listed below.
a. Open Windows Task Scheduler
b. Double click on the scheduled report to open the report properties window.
c. From the general tab select change user or group to change to a local account from a service account. (if needed)
d. Confirm "Run with highest privilege" is checked
e. Confirm "Run whether user is logged on or not" is checked
