XRM: Scheduled Reports fail with *ERROR* Invalid username or password
This can happen when the Nonstop password has been updated but has not been changed in XYGATERM. The password for the NonStop user account that is running the reports should be updated in XYGATERM.
Please close and re-open XYGATERM, entering the updated credentials.
If the GUI is already open, please select Tools > Add/Configure Host Connection and then enter the IP and PORT use by your XYGATETR installation and then login again with your new password. Please repeat this step for any connected systems.
The IP and Port used by XYGATETR to connect the GUI can be identified in your TRACL file in the XYGATETR installation subvolume. Like the below:
TR_INSTALLATION \NODE1.$SYSTEM.XYGATETR 10.1.1.115 22122
TR_INSTALLATION \NODE2.$DSMSCM.XYGATETR 10.1.1.114 22122
