XRM: GUI error when attempting schedule and save a report
Check the permissions for the folder c:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\XYPRO\XYGATERM and its subordinate folders by executing the following command as follows from Windows shell:
(Where <user name> is the Windows user that will schedule the reports in the Windows Task Scheduler)
1. Change to the XYPRO directory,
cd \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\XYPRO
Example
cd \users\terrell.wilson\AppData\Local\XYPRO
2. Execute the following commands to see the permissions on folder XYGATERM and all subordinate folders:
icacls XYGATERM /t
The user attempting to schedule the report in XRM should have full access to XYGATERM and its subordinate folders
