XS1: Monitor fails to run as scheduled - Collection failed XTR: open \node.$vol.subvolume.trconf error 12 \node
When a monitor fails to run as scheduled, the activities tab should be checked for error details.
If a monitor fails with an error after initially being scheduled, subsequent monitors may fail to run.
The error should be addressed and then the monitor must be re-saved.
Example:
If the Activities tab shows a collection failed due to an error 12 (file open) against the TRCONF, the solution is to ensure the TRCONF (or applicable file) is closed and re-save the monitor.
Editing the monitor configuration, choosing a future date and time, and then re-saving the monitor (with the file is closed) will resolve the issue.
