Can Customer-Number be used to determine who between XYPRO and HPE should provide support?

Customer-Number: 0099 is not the only Customer-Number issued to HPE and therefore cannot be used as the only indicator to provide support to a Customer or refer them to XYPRO. 

When a customer is supported through HPE, their licenses are issued through HPE and even though there are other ways to determine who is responsible for their Support, when in doubt, confirming with HPE License Manager is always a good place to start.

Customer-Number therefore cannot be definitively used to determine who between XYPRO and HPE is responsible for supporting the Customer.
