XYGATE: How to determine the level of support for products?
To check the support level for a customer, - Find their account in SalesForce
- Find the node for the license.
- Expand the node and locate the product in the Software section.
- The Supported By column will contain the first level support for the product.
Any product that has support provided by HPE are required to submit a solution to XYPRO for investigation of any of their customer problems.
