XYGATE: How to determine the level of support for products?

To check the support level for a customer,
  • Find their account in SalesForce
  • Find the node for the license.
  • Expand the node and locate the product in the Software section.
    • The Supported By column will contain the first level support for the product.
Any product that has support provided by HPE are required to submit a solution to XYPRO for investigation of any of their customer problems.
