XYPRO GUI Connecting to NonStop But Not Completing Logon

1. Check the following folder on the PC at issue for a valid license file (P99F001).   If the license file does not exist, it must be placed in this folder in order to successfully          logon to any of the XYPRO GUIs.

c:\Users\<user id>\AppData\Local\XYPRO


Where:   <user id> is the Windows user id of the user currently logged on to the PC/laptop
               XYGATE

2. Make sure that the Windows user id has minimally read access to the folder(s) and the license file shown above.
