XYPRO GUI appears to hang after entering valid logon credentials
1. Check to make sure that a valid P99F001 license is in the \Users|<user id>\AppData\Local\XYPRO folder.
2. Open the P99F001 license file in WordPad or Word. Check it to make sure that the license is valid and/.or
has not expired by examining each "PRODUCT" entry to ensure that the desired XYPRO product(s) are
included in the license. The license expiration date will be displayed to the immediate right of the
PRODUCT code.
2. Check the NonStop TACLCSTM file for the user attempting to logon for any entries that could disrupt the
logon process, such as PAUSE, EXIT or STOP commands.
