Guardian error 199 encountered during installation process for any XYPRO host product.

An error 199 indicates that the disk file shown in the error message has a Safeguard ACL in place.  The diskfile ACL must be removed before the INSTALL macro can be restarted.

1. Logon as SUPER.SUPER or the diskfile ACL owner

2. Remove the diskfile ACL for the file at issue

    
 a. SAFECOM
   b. DELETE DISKFILE <diskfile>


        Where <diskfile> is the fully-qualified name of the file shown in the error message

3. Remove the DEFAULT-PROTECTION information for the user id at issue

   
  a. SAFECOM
    b. ALTER USER <user id>, DEFAULT-PROTECTION


4. Logon as the user that should own the XYPRO product installation

5. Restart the INSTALL macro
