XSM: Limiting users and group of users to change the settings done by SUPER group

$SM_MANAGE_SFG_GLOBALS_SEEPS is a Task Keyword in TRACL that controls which user can change the settings that already done by the super group. List the users and group of users are allowed to change the setting and leave "out" users and group of users that are not allowed to change the setting.
 
In the example below, "only" SUPER.*, 100,21 and 100,213 are allowed to change the setting.
TRACL Example:
TASK $SM_MANAGE_SFG_GLOBALS_SEEPS ACL SUPER.*      !only SUPER user can change the setting.
! you can also add users to the list on multiple lines if needed.
                                      100,21     ! SEC.USER6                             
                                      100,213    ! SEC.USER7
