XSM: How to create a report of users not logged on in over 90 days.
In releases v1.65 and greater:
1. Launch the XYGATESM GUI
2. Select the Reporting tab
3. On the tree, right click on the name of the node you are currently connected to
4. Choose Add new report
5. From the list, choose the Last Logon - Greater than 90 Days (PCI 8.5.5) template
6. Click Save
7. Click Retrieve

To create a report of users not logged on in over 90 days, follow the steps below: - Launch the XYGATESM GUI??
- Click the plus sign next to USER MANAGEMENT from the left hand window pane
- Under the menu bar, select FIND USERS to retrieve user information
- Choose GET USERS for desired node
- See if you have already saved the report by using the SELECT LAYOUT OR ENTER NAME drop down box. If not, choose the column LOGON DAYS and enter >89.
- Select the SAVE LAYOUT button
- Enter the name you want to call this report (ie. 90 OR MORE)
- Select OK
- Select the SEND TO button to email, copy to clipboard or to preview a report.
