XOS: Process reports error 40 timeouts
If you are running XYGATEOS, you must either install the T9050 SPR, or get a patch for XOS that eliminates a spurious processhandle_decompose_ call.

Advise the customer to install HP T9050 SPR and install updated XMRSERV object. Contact XYPRO Support for the latest version of the XRMSERV object.
Follow the steps below to install XMRSERV object:
- Unpack xmrserv from the zzpak file to a temporary location
- Update owner and security attributes for xmrserv
- Rename existing xmrserv file in $vol.xygateos
- Move in new xmrserv
- Bounce XYGATEOS SEEP
Additional notices on this XMRSERV patch:
- It should only be installed on an XOS version 2.19 or above.
- XYGATEOS 2.19 contains a fix to the PROCESS_GET_INFO call in the XYGATEOS object
- The XMRSERV patch contains a fix to the PROCESS_HANDLE_DECOMPOSE call. This patch was tested on XYGATESOS 2.20 and will be incorporated into XYGATEOS 2.30.
