XMA: xma_manager Check_SQLCompileNeeded

Run the XMA_SQLCOMPALL macro to compile XMA object files.

This problem arises when XMA object files have not been recompiled more 7 days after product installation. The solution is to recompile the SQL objects using the XMA_SQLCOMPALL macro.

From the XMA installation subvolume:

>run xma install
>xma_pwstop
>xma_sqlcompall
>xma_pwcool
>xma_manager
