XMA: XMA_MANAGER prompts to Create SQL Environment.

If you have just upgraded the software:
If you have just upgraded the software, you should follow the prompts. This performs any required database upgrades and will sqlcomp any necessary object files.

If you haven't upgraded the software:
If you haven't just upgraded and the SQL environment is already configured, do a fileinfo on the XYGATEMA subvolume. If a file called NEWINST is present, rename it out of the way. The next time you start XMA_MANAGER, the Main Menu should be presented, as expected.
