XMA: Restarting IPRESOLVER

Using xma_manager <- Recommended Method
           1. Open a terminal
           2. Navigate to the XYGATEMA directory
           3. >run install xma
           4. >xma_manager
           5. >2 | Movers
           6. >21 | Maintain Administrative Servers
           7. >4 | Stop IPRESLVR
           8. >5 | Refresh
           9. >4 | Start IPRESLVR
        
Using Pathcom Commands:
          pathcom $xma
          freeze ipreslvr
          stop ipreslvr
            
      to start IPRESLVR,
          thaw ipreslvr
          start ipreslvr
