XMA: SLSENDER is busy

Use the XMA_SQLCOMPALL macro to generate a new optimized query plan, which will then be used when compiling the objects.
 
TACL> VOLUME $SYSTEM.XYGATEMA
TACL> RUN XMA INSTALL
TACL> XMA_PWSTOP
TACL> XMA_SQLCOMPALL
TACL> XMA_PWCOOL
 

The XMA_SQLCOMPALL macro will SQL compile all the required XMA object files on the master (Pathway) node and any subordinate (remote) nodes. 

Run this macro if for any reason the object files need to be recompiled. Also, after performing regular maintenance on your database, XMA_SQLCOMPALL can be used to perform the update statistics utility and then re-SQL compile all of the affected object files. 

Note: The Pathway must be stopped before you can (re)compile the object files.


XMA_SQLCOMPALL performs both an SQL UPDATE STATISTICS and a recompilation of the XMA SQL objects.
