XTR: generating error message: Please verify IP address and Port
Depending on the OS, run the following commands to verify the port is listening.
SCF LISTOPENS PROVIDER $ZZCIP.*
SCF STATUS PROCESS $<TCPIP process name> For example, SCF STATUS PROCESS $ZTCP2
