XSW fails to start xswLoader when a decimal symbol is a not a dot
On Windows;
1. Go to ?Control Panel?
2. Click the ?Region? icon
3. On the ?Region? window, click the ?Additional Settings?? button
4. On the ?Decimal symbol? drop down-list, select a dot (.) and click the ?Apply? button.
5. Re-start XSW GUI and click the ?Start Load? button
