XOS should be recompiled using XOS_COMPILE after every COLDLOAD before starting safeguard, however, if the SYSnn number will be changing, the XOS SEEP should also be disabled using XOS_SAFECOM_DISABLE prior to shutdown.
If XOS is not disabled prior to shutdown, XOS processes can start automatically during the coldload and errors.
To resolve this issue XOS should be stopped before shutdown and recompiled using XOS_COMPILE as the installation owner prior to re-enabling the XOS SEEP using XOS_SAFECOM_ENABLE after the COLDLOAD is complete.
