XHE: Getting XHE license expiration warning messages in EMS after installing a new license

There may be an old or expired P99F001 in the XHE installation subvol.- Remove or rename P99F001 out of the way and run XHE_SYNTAX_CHECK to verify that there are no "days left" displayed in the output.
