XHE locks the SESSION file to generate a unique session ID for each XHE session at the start of the session. SESSION is a file semaphore used to synchronize the session number for the audit log entries. Several concurrent sessions being established would cause the retries.
This is an expected message if there is a high frequency of XHE session launches. You can ignore these messages and Raising the listner's priority might help.
