Update XYGATEEM to give the SQL Service Account the necessary permission to write to the data folder.
- Logon to the workstation as an Administrator
- Click on START Windows Task Menu
- Right click OPEN WINDOWS EXPLORER to locate the following folder on Windows XP/Vista/2008 Explorer C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\XYPRO\XYGATEEM.
- Right click on XYGATEEM folder
- Select PROPERTIES
- Click SECURITY Tab
- Click EDIT Button
- Click ADD Button
- Type NETWORK SERVICE in the "Enter the Object Names to Select" Box
- Click OK Button
- With "NETWORK SERVICE" still selected, check the checkbox at the intersection of FULL CONTROL row and ALLOW column
- Click OK button to Save and Close Dialog Box
