XEM: Error You do not have the necessary permission to create SQL database.

Please use the following steps to grant SQL database permission to a specific user:
  1. Click START on the Windows Task Bar
  2. Click ALL PROGRAMS
  3. Click MICROSOFT SQL SERVER 2005
  4. Click CONFIGURATION TOOLS
  5. Click SQL SERVER SURFACE AREA CONFIGURATION
  6. Click YES on the User Account Control Dialog Box
  7. Click ADD NEW ADMINISTRATOR
  8. Highlight MEMBER OF SQL SERVER SYSADMIN ROLE ON XYGATESQL2005
  9. Click > to Select
  10. Enter New User Name in the USER TO PROVISION Box
  11. Click OK to Save & Close
