XEL Cryptlib returning status = -011

When the software is downloaded as an individual XELBIN file, only a single software module is included, and the license file for this software is not.

To successfully execute your application, a valid license file is required. The table below lists the correct license for your platform. If your application will run on the HPE NonStop Server, the license file must reside in the same subvolume as the object file. If your application will run on Microsoft Windows, the license file must reside in the same folder as the executable. And for the UNIX platform, the license must reside in either the default directory, or the ENV variable xypro_license_file indicates the full pathname to the license file.
