XAC: What data to collect and submit to XYPRO Support
For XAC problems, collect and send the following information to XYPRO Support.
The output from the XAC_SYNTAX_CHECK macro, which will verify the CONF and ACL files for syntax errors.
The ACACL file command entry that is being executed or the entire file if possible
The ACCONF file
A screen capture of the event
The portion of the audit that shows the event that occurred
Any EMS messages pertaining to the event
A ZZSA (saveabend) file if one was created, these may be found in the product installation subvolume.
