License File Code is not 0
If the product is CMON: This file code correct. The file code of this file is set to the address of the SetEntryPointLabel procedure in the operating system by the SEPLCHK. For preD45 systems, this eases the lookup of information in the operating systems.
If the product is not CMON: The file code should be 0 and the wrong license is installed. The correct license should be re-installed.
