XTR: MAKECRT returns cryptlib utcTime error

XTR: MAKECRT returns cryptlib utcTime error

The file causing this issue is your DSTTABLE file. This is a table created during the NonStop system's installation that tracks changes to and from daylight savings time. This issue occurs when they amount of time in your table is less than the amount of time defined for the SSL certificate.

This file does not have a standard name. To find the file, your NonStop startup files would need to be searched for the TACL command ADDDSTTRANSITION. Your NonStop Administrator should also be able to locate this file as it requires regular maintenance.

This problem would be resolved by using the ADDDSTTRANSITION TACL command to add enough DST transitions to cover the DAYS parameter defined in the SSLCACFG file located in the XYGATETR installation directory.

The syntax for this command is located on page 8-12 of the HP NonStop TACL Reference Manual published August 2013.
