XSM: How to Find All the Rules that specify a Certain User

How to find all ACLs that mention a specific userid
If you're using Safeguard protection records to secure files, then use XYGATESM to locate all rules that include a specific USERID. If you're using XYGATEOS to secure files, then use the XYGATE Security Wizard to locate all rules that include a specific USERID.

Using XYGATESM v1.65 and greater
1.  Launch the XYGATESM GUI

2.  Select the Reporting tab

3.  On the tree, right click on the name of the node you are currently connected to and choose the All Access Rules - ACL Only template

4.  Change the report title.

5.  Select ACL User Name and enter either the userid or user name you are interested in.  Be sure to use a leading * to include both local and remote permissions.  The User  Name is case sensitive.

Example 1, selection by user name:
              ACL User Name       *SUPER.SUPER

             Example 2, selection by userid:
              ACL UserId          *255,255
