XOS: What will be the impact of the expired XOS license?

The license check is done on the 24 hour anniversary of when the XYGATEOS process was started.  For example, if it was started at 6 am, it will check each day at 6 am.  If a new license is installed,  an XOS bounce needs to be done to pick up the license change right away.

When the license expires, XOS rules do not apply to the XYGATEOS process and XOS does not control access to files accessed by the XYGATEOS process.
