XMA: How to remove/delete RESTSNDR
The RESTSNDR can be deleted in PATHCOM. Example below:
>Pathcom $XMA
>INFO RESTSNDR
>DELETE RESTSNDR
>INFO RESTSNDR (confirm no process exists)
