MARS: System.Classes.TList.Error
If this issue only happens on older version of mars < 2.60.
We recommend upgrading to MARS 2.60 to resolve the issue.
From the Softdoc:
* ITID 260-443 Addresses an issue where excluded CPUs defined
to a reload schedule window were still being used when starting reloads.
CPUs will only be available to be used for reloads if they
are designated on the currently open reload schedule window
and not set as unavailable because they are too busy (as
defined in the Manage Online Reload Server Throttles page).
The CPU on which a reload will be started will be selected
as the CPU of the primary disk process for the file being
reloaded. If that CPU is unavailable, it will be chosen
using a "round robin" scheme from the available CPUs in
order to balance resource usage.
